Andrea’s goal is to create a safe and supportive environment to help create real and lasting change in the lives of those with weight issues.  Her valuable insights, based on experience, research and trial and error, provide a wealth of information to help in the weight loss journey.  Andrea is one of the most dedicated and truly loving people we know.  Anyone who is in need of guidance or a little tender hand-holding while trying to lose weight should definately join her community.

The next evolution in Real Time Search

Today Google released the new Social Search.  You will need a Google Profile (comes with your gmail account, you just need to activate it) to be included in the searches.

When you enter a search query you will receive real-time results on your friends, from whichever account you follow them.  This means blogs, twitter, Facebook, Flickr, etc. can all be searched in REAL TIME for results.  As a brand, this will give you profound access to information on your fans/followers…making it even more crucial for you to be on these sites and ACTIVE – NOW.  You will be able to view up to the minute information, completely FREE.  But in order to keep in those fans and followers – you must PARTICIPATE.

Last week our client, Dr. Allan Frankel of GreenBridge Medical, was featured on Fox Business News to discuss the recent federal ruling on Medical Marijuana.  Dr. Frankel is a Medical Cannibas doctor in Marina del Rey.  His focus is on education and he is using his Facebook Fan Page to spread the word about the virtues of medical cannabis. The Digital Music Forum: West was an excellent place for us to launch the traveling panel “The Social Strip.”

The panel features Nic Adler of The Roxy Theatre, Nathan Levinson of The Viper Room, Alf Lamont of The Comedy Store, Charlie Amter consultant for The Andaz Hotel and Tyson Cornell of Book Soup.  It was a big hit, even for 9:45 in the morning.  The guys discussed how they came together to form a committee to improve the perception and activity of the Sunset Strip and offered excellent advice on how others can do the same to re-build their own local music communities.  For more on this panel check out our submission to SXSW and stay tuned for more.  We will be featured at the Gravity Summit in NYC in November, at the Canadian Music Week in Toronto in March and at SXSW Music Festival also in March.
